Milk & Honey Films Signs Dylan Bradshaw To Global Commercial Roster
The Los Angeles-based director behind 2025 Crash the Super Bowl winner Abduction brings cinematic spectacle, digital fluency and character-driven storytelling to brand filmmaking.
Milk & Honey Films has signed Los Angeles based director Dylan Bradshaw to its global roster for commercial representation.
Bradshaw first gained national attention after winning the 2025 Doritos Crash the Super Bowl competition with his self funded spot Abduction, which aired to more than 200 million viewers. The breakthrough moment established him as a director with a rare instinct for creating work that can land on the biggest advertising stage in the world while still feeling immediate, funny and human.
For Bradshaw, the success of Abduction proved the power of backing an idea before waiting for permission.
“You don’t need permission to make work at the highest level,” says Bradshaw. “We made Abduction independently with a small team because we believed in the idea, and it ultimately ended up on the biggest advertising stage in the world. That completely changed my perception of what’s possible when you commit to an idea, and surround yourself with a team of friends who elevate both your character and vision.”
Bradshaw describes his directing style as “character driven, purpose driven, with the rule of cool to top it off.” His work pairs big visuals, comedy and spectacle with performances and emotions that feel grounded, balancing ideas audiences have not seen before with moments that feel instantly human.
A former director at King Studio, home of TikTok’s most viewed video with more than 2.2 billion views, Bradshaw has built a fast growing commercial profile across traditional campaigns, social first storytelling and creator led work. He has directed global campaigns for brands including L’Oréal, PepsiCo and the NFL, with work featuring Tom Brady, MrBeast, Zach King, Emma Chamberlain and Charli D’Amelio.
His experience across these worlds has shaped a clear point of view on what brands need from digital-native work now.
“The craft of traditional filmmaking shouldn’t disappear because something is social first,” says Bradshaw. “Pacing, hooks, framing, and how people consume it on each platform absolutely matter, but the core idea still has to be strong enough to be told visually.”
He adds, “Brands can mistake digital-native for making something feel cheaper or less polished. The best work combines great filmmaking with an understanding of internet culture rather than sacrificing one for the other.”
For Milk & Honey Films, the signing reflects a wider push to build a commercial roster around directors who can help brands and agencies move confidently between cinematic craft, entertainment thinking and platform fluent storytelling.
“Dylan understands how to connect with audiences in a way that feels immediate,” says Paige Blankenship, Executive Producer at Milk & Honey Films. “His work leans into high concept ideas with cinematic impact. But maybe even more recognizable is his digital fluency, with a creative vision that grabs your attention and is intentionally designed to travel across platforms.”
Bradshaw is especially drawn to projects that give him room to build worlds, create memorable characters and execute ambitious ideas with energy and imagination. He is looking to direct more work across sci fi, comedy, action, entertainment, gaming, automotive, sports, VFX and creator led campaigns.
“I’m drawn to projects with a genre or special effect component where we can create something real and unexpected,” says Bradshaw. “I also love creator led campaigns, as that world has been such a major part of my career.”
That combination of film craft, internet culture and genre driven imagination makes Bradshaw a timely addition to the Milk & Honey Films roster as brands look for work that can perform across broadcast, social platforms, creator ecosystems and entertainment led campaigns.
“I wanted a team that understood both the filmmaker I am now and the director I’m working toward becoming,” says Bradshaw. “Paige Blankenship is a long time colleague of mine who inspired me to be a go getter with my own aspirations, so I was honored to be approached by her, Tomas, and the rest of the Milk & Honey team.”
Bradshaw will be represented by Milk & Honey Films worldwide for commercial work.
